Nexeo Staffing is hiring an Inventory Control Specialist - SAP/WMS for a Data Center facility in Sparks, NV, near USA Parkway. This hands-on role focuses on inventory accuracy, cycle counts, discrepancy resolution, and system-to-physical inventory reconciliation.

Responsibilities

Investigate and resolve system-to-physical inventory discrepancies, including “delta inventory.”

Perform inventory adjustments, corrections, and reconciliations within SAP EWM or the site’s warehouse management system.

Execute cycle counts, bin verifications, and support full-site inventory audits.

Research inventory discrepancies and identify root causes to help prevent recurring inventory issues.

Partner with operations, logistics, receiving, and warehouse teams to maintain accurate inventory data.

Ensure accurate, real-time inventory visibility across site locations, storage areas, and inventory zones.

Review system transactions and inventory data to identify missing, incorrect, or mismatched inventory records.

Support continuous improvement initiatives related to inventory workflows, WMS accuracy, and audit readiness.

Maintain clean, organized, and compliant storage areas while following data center safety and security standards.

Ensure adherence to all workplace safety protocols.
Requirements

Hands-on experience with SAP EWM, SAP WM, or another warehouse management system (WMS) required.

SAP EWM experience is preferred but not required for candidates with strong inventory control and WMS experience.

Strong understanding of inventory control, reconciliation procedures, and inventory accuracy best practices.

Experience completing cycle counts, bin verifications, inventory adjustments, and inventory audits.

Experience researching inventory discrepancies and identifying root causes.

High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Comfortable reviewing inventory data, system transactions, reports, and spreadsheets to identify discrepancies.

Microsoft Excel experience required; experience with pivot tables, filters, lookups, or data analysis is preferred.

Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with operations, logistics, receiving, and warehouse teams.

Previous warehouse, logistics, distribution center, materials, or inventory control experience preferred.

Reliable transportation to Sparks, NV, near USA Parkway.

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods.

Must pass a national background check and pre-employment drug screening.

High school diploma or GED.
