Job description

Lead complex federal customer deployments, including first-of-kind application onboardings and multi-agency/multi-enclave rollouts
Architect and configure cloud deployments across AWS, Azure, and/or GCP
Lead application onboarding for security scanning and accreditation
Troubleshoot complex Linux, infrastructure, integration, and deployment issues
Perform root-cause analysis and turn recurring deployment issues into permanent fixes
Develop implementation standards, technical playbooks, documentation, and troubleshooting procedures
Serve as a technical escalation point and mentor other Implementation Engineers
Partner with Product and Platform Engineering to translate customer requirements and field challenges into platform improvements
Work directly with senior government customers and program managers during high-stakes deployments
Travel up to 25%

Requirements

8-10+ years of experience in software engineering, DevOps, cloud engineering, or implementation/deployment engineering
Active Top Secret/SCI clearance required
Advanced hands-on Linux installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and hardening experience
Strong DevSecOps experience and understanding of secure software deployment practices
Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, and/or GCP
Experience troubleshooting complex integrations between legacy systems & modern software platforms
Experience owning complex, production-grade deployments with limited oversight
Demonstrated technical leadership, mentoring, and escalation management experience
Strong customer-facing communication skills

Salary: $160,000-190,000 depending on experience and location
