Sr Systems Engineer

The Senior Systems Engineer will provide lifecycle systems engineering support across DoD acquisition programs, including technical baseline management, requirements analysis, architecture development, and participation in formal technical reviews., * Support systems engineering lifecycle activities from requirements through integration.

• Perform requirements decomposition and traceability.
• Develop and maintain system architecture documentation.
• Participate in SETR events (PDR, CDR, TRR, etc.).
• Support configuration management and technical baseline control.
• Coordinate with engineering teams to support system integration and testing.
• Prepare technical documentation and engineering reports.

• 10+ years of systems engineering experience supporting DoD programs.
• Experience supporting Navy or federal acquisition programs.
• Experience with technical review boards and milestone events.
• Familiarity with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools.
• DAU Systems Engineering training preferred.

Education Requirements:

• Master’s degree preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree plus four (4) additional years of relevant work experience may be substituted for a Master’s degree.

Minimum Certifications:

• DAWIA Level III in Systems Engineering or equivalent certification or military experience.
• ITIL Foundations v3 or v4 certification.

Security Requirements:

• U.S. Citizen.
• Active TOP SECRET/SCI clearance required.
