  • Develop and maintain new features within our monolithic environment, ensuring a seamless and performant frontend experience for users.
  • Champion code quality, including unit testing (Jest) and end-to-end testing (Cypress), by mentoring colleagues and driving best practices.
  • Collaborate with fellow engineers, product manager, UX designer, as well as Customer Support & Success team to enhance our onlyfy ATS-software designed to streamline the hiring process.

Requirements

  • Thrive in an international, cross-functional setting where English is our primary language (German is not required). Your skills:

  • Several years of hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, along with proven expertise in React and TypeScript.
  • Familiarity or prior experience with Vue.js, or a willingness to pick it up as needed during our transition phase.
  • Knowledge of Node.js, npm, and associated tooling for frontend dependency management.
  • Proficiency in testing frameworks like Jest (unit tests) and Cypress (end-to-end tests).
  • A focus on usability, accessibility, and responsive design, plus experience writing well-tested frontend code (e.g., unit tests).
  • A collaborative mindset-comfortable sharing knowledge, receiving feedback, and working in agile, cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
