UX/UI Designer

• Design features from start to finish - Turn product requirements and user needs into flows, wireframes, prototypes and polished interfaces. Stay involved through implementation to make sure the experience works as intended.
• Make complex workflows easy to use - Design data-heavy screens, multi-step processes and tools that people rely on in their daily work.
• Work with our existing design system - Use established components and patterns to keep applications consistent, and extend the system when new features require it.
• Collaborate across teams - Work with product managers, engineers and stakeholders across different B2B SaaS projects.
• Improve existing experiences - Use feedback, usability testing and team insights to identify friction and refine designs.
• Use AI in your design workflow - We actively encourage AI-assisted design. Explore tools that help you generate alternatives, prototype faster and reduce repetitive work, while applying your own design judgement.

• Figma - Our main tool for interface design, prototypes, shared libraries and developer handoff.

• You have designed B2B SaaS applications before - Your portfolio shows how you approach complex product problems and turn them into usable interfaces.
• You bring senior-level design experience - You’ve independently taken complex features from early exploration through delivery, made thoughtful design decisions and worked closely with software development teams in a UX/UI or product design role.
• You’re confident in Figma - You work comfortably with components, variants, variables and auto layout, and can contribute to our design system.
• You combine UX thinking with strong UI skills - You care about hierarchy, interaction design, typography and accessibility, including loading, empty and error states.
• You deliver thoughtful work at a steady pace - You can break larger problems into smaller deliverables, prioritise and respond constructively to feedback.
• You’re curious about AI in design - You’re willing to explore new tools and use them where they improve your work.
• You communicate clearly and independently - You’re comfortable working in English, explaining your decisions and managing your work across multiple teams.
