Tech Lead Mobile and AI

• Define the target architecture and prepare the development environment.
• Establish the Sprint 0, ensuring all necessary elements for development are in place.
• Guide teams in technological choices and ensure the delivery is prepared for large-scale implementation.
• Act as a technical advisor to the Project Manager and Enterprise Architect.
• Support the adoption of Kotlin Multiplatform (KMP) as the main technology for the new mobile application.
• Document architecture and development processes to facilitate onboarding of new developers.
• Participate in functional analysis workshops and contribute to the definition of APIs.
• Conduct technical estimations and prepare release plans.

Do you have experience in iOS development?, * Proven experience as a Tech Lead with significant involvement in KMP projects.

• Strong background in native Android and iOS development.
• Experience with Flutter is a plus.
