IT support

Purpose of the Team: The purpose of this team is to bring “games that make you think” to the market, primarily through the Age of Empires franchise. Key projects: This role will be hands-on IT support and procurement role, focusing on IT related tasks to help the studio improve upon our ability to deliver world class experience Best vs. Average: The ideal resume would contain experience having worked with a gaming team before and the ability to write different scripting using Python ( Python is a requirement but the more the familiar they are the easier the role will be). The ideal candidate will be someone who has an well written resume. Candidates with a disorganized resume that does not flow and is difficult to read will be rejected by sponsor We are a passionate team responsible for titles loved by players all over the world. Responsibilities Work closely with Studio Management, various Directors and Leads to understand and act upon the studio’s IT related needs Perform PC Hardware procurement, setup, and recycling Field requests for information technology services, repairs, upgrades, support, inquires or complaints Manage PC and parts inventory for the studio Handle user account management Provide IT support internally and externally to partner teams involved in game creation Work with the larger IT teams to engage on best practices and working through technical concerns, Key projects: This role will contribute to Technical support to ensure PCs and Azure-based services are running efficiently. o 10%- Meetings o 40%- IT support issues: Account administration, Project work, Break Fixes, etc o 30%- heads down working on lab machines for automated testing o 10%- miscellaneous What is the ideal background of a candidate for this role?: Nice to have an IT degree The ideal candidate will be someone who has an well written resume. 3+ years of IT experience with a minimum of 2 years in a procurement position. Prior experience in a game development studio is welcome but not required. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience with Microsoft services such as Azure Active Directory and Azure DevOps. Scripting language experience ( Python, C#, or PowerShell ) is a plus. Experience in supporting multiple OSes is a bonus., Performance will be assessed based on quality of work, customer satisfaction, and communication Top 3 Must-Have HARD Skills & years of experience for each: * Minimum 3 years experience with Microsoft services such as Azure Active Directory and Azure DevOps.

• Minimum 3 years experience with a tech background, able to help with tech issues.
• Minimum 3 years experience with strong documentation skills
• Minimum 3 years experience with scripting language experience (Python, C#, or PowerShell)
