Data Center Operations Manager

• Manage Hardware Break/Fix, IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change), and Smart Hands services.
• Lead teams supporting servers, storage, network equipment, and data center infrastructure.
• Own major incidents, outages, root cause analysis (RCA), and corrective actions.
• Manage vendors, contracts, SLAs, and service performance.
• Ensure compliance with operational, regulatory, and safety standards.
• Oversee budgets, costs, and operational reporting.
• Partner with infrastructure, security, facilities, and technology teams.
• Provide 24x7 escalation support when required.

• 10+ years of experience in Data Center Operations, Critical Infrastructure, or IT Operations.
• Experience managing hardware break/fix and data center support teams.
• Strong knowledge of Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
• Vendor management and contract negotiation experience.
• Experience managing budgets and operational performance.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
