Job description

  • The Senior HRIS Reporting & Analytics Analyst will serve as a key member of the HRIS organization, responsible for workforce reporting, analytics, data quality management, dashboard development, and reporting automation across multiple HR systems.
  • This role will partner closely with HR, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and business leaders to provide accurate, actionable workforce insights and ensure the integrity of HR data used for operational and strategic decision-making.
  • The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical capabilities, extensive HR data experience, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into reporting and analytics solutions.
  • This individual will also play a key role in improving reporting processes, establishing reporting standards, and supporting broader HR technology and data initiatives, * Design, develop, and maintain recurring and ad hoc workforce reports and dashboards.
  • Perform data audits, reconciliations, and validation activities across multiple HR systems.
  • Identify opportunities to automate manual reporting processes.
  • Consult with HR, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and operational leaders to understand reporting needs.
  • Support HRIS projects by providing reporting, data analysis, testing, and validation activities.
  • Partner with HRIS and IT teams to ensure reporting requirements are incorporated into technology initiatives.
  • Participate in workforce data assessments and reporting enhancement projects.

Requirements

  • 5-8+ years of HRIS reporting, workforce analytics, HR data management, or business intelligence experience.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise HR organizations.
  • Experience developing executive-level reporting and dashboards.
  • Experience developing data warehouse, ETL, and end-user reporting solutions, including Power BI or similar dashboard/reporting tools.
  • Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, SAP Payroll
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Strong SQL skills and experience querying large datasets.
  • Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent dashboard and visualization tools.
  • Data reconciliation and validation experience.
  • Strong reporting automation and process improvement skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting organizations with multiple HR systems and complex reporting environments.
  • Experience integrating data from multiple HR platforms into consolidated reporting solutions.
