AI Agile Coach

We are seeking an experienced AI Agile Coach to support enterprise Lean-Agile and Product Transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will help the organization transition from a project-based to product-based operating model while coaching Agile teams, RTEs, ARTs, Scrum Masters, and leadership., * Coach RTEs, ARTs, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Agile teams.

• Drive Lean-Agile and Product Transformation.
• Deliver SAFe training and workshops for teams and leadership.
• Support ART launches, PI Planning, Inspect & Adapt, and Agile ceremonies.
• Help establish and mature platform teams and LACE.
• Partner with technology teams and leadership to improve product delivery and Agile maturity.

• 5+ years of Agile Coaching experience with strong RTE experience.
• Coach RTEs and ARTs - MUST HAVE
• Strong Lean-Agile transformation experience.
• SAFe SPC6 certification - MUST HAVE
• Strong SAFe training and coaching experience - MUST HAVE.
• Experience providing SAFe training to teams, Scrum Masters, RTEs, and leadership.
• Strong Scrum and Kanban experience.
• Experience with Project-to-Product transformation.
• Strong technology background - MUST HAVE.
• Strong training, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Experience with Lean-Agile Center of Excellence (LACE).
• Experience launching/coaching Agile Release Trains and platform teams.
• AI/GenAI or emerging technology experience is preferred.
