Job description
We are seeking a Senior Oracle EBS Financials Technical Consultant (R12) for a long-term project on-site in Bethesda, MD. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in custom development, PL/SQL, RICEFW objects, and integration across Oracle EBS Financials and Procurement modules, specifically General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Purchasing (PO), and the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) flow. Prior experience working in or supporting federal government environments is a major plus.
Requirements
· 12+ years of hands-on experience as an Oracle EBS Technical Developer/Consultant with focus on R12 (12.1.3 / 12.2.x).
· Technical mastery in Oracle EBS Financials & Procurement modules: GL, AP, AR, PO, and P2P cycles.
· Strong expertise in PL/SQL, SQL Loader, BI Publisher, Workflow Builder, Concurrent Programs, and UNIX/Linux shell scripting.
· Proven track record of developing custom interfaces, data conversions, and extensions in a multi-org environment.
· On-site availability in Bethesda, MD.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Federal Government / Public Sector experience (Oracle Federal Financials, SLA, GTAS, IPP integrations, or federal compliance context) is a plus.
· Experience with Oracle Application Framework (OAF) extensions or Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
