Job description

Own the roadmap, backlog, and delivery of enterprise data products such as Client, Transaction, and Product Master.
Gather requirements and create user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
Work with business and technical teams to translate business needs into data solutions.
Perform hands-on SQL/data analysis, validation, profiling, and data quality checks.
Work with Snowflake, Databricks, or similar enterprise data platforms.
Support data governance, metadata, data lineage, data dictionaries, and quality standards.
Manage priorities, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
Present product updates and recommendations to senior leadership.
Use AI/GenAI tools where applicable to improve data analysis and product delivery.

Requirements

We are looking for a Senior Data Product Owner with strong experience in financial services, preferably Asset Management or Wealth Management. The candidate will own data products and work closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and senior leadership., * Minimum 10+ years of Data Product Owner / Data Product Manager experience.

Strong Financial Services experience; Asset Management/Wealth Management strongly preferred.
Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, or equivalent.
Strong understanding of Data Governance, Data Quality, Metadata, and Data Lineage.
Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
