Job description

Join a dynamic healthcare technology team as a Full Stack Java Developer, where you’ll help design, build, and improve secure, high-impact applications that support important clinical operations. This 12-month remote opportunity offers the chance to work across the full stack, collaborate with cross-functional partners, and contribute to modern software solutions in a highly regulated environment. Responsibilities

Develop, test, and support end-to-end features across front-end and back-end systems.
Build robust services and application logic using Java and Spring Boot.
Create responsive user interfaces with Angular.
Design and optimize database structures, queries, and ORM models using Hibernate with PostgreSQL or MS SQL Server.
Contribute to unit, integration, and end-to-end testing efforts to help ensure stability and security.
Participate in agile ceremonies, code reviews, and architecture discussions.
Collaborate with team members to deliver reliable solutions for healthcare-related applications.
Use AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity in areas such as code generation, refactoring, and test creation.

Requirements

Strong experience in full-stack application development.
Hands-on expertise with Java, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
Solid front-end development experience with Angular.
Experience working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MS SQL Server.
Ability to write and execute tests across multiple layers of the application.
Familiarity with AI development tools such as Claude or OpenAI Codex.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Preferred Skills

Experience supporting software in healthcare or another regulated industry.
Exposure to microservices-based architecture.
Background in secure software development practices.
Ability to contribute ideas during technical planning and problem-solving discussions.
