Job description
We’re seeking a Senior Associate, Full Stack Engineer to help build and support modern solutions in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role offers the opportunity to work on impactful full stack development efforts with a strong focus on financial services, investment management, trading, or capital markets experience. Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications using a mix of backend and frontend technologies.
- Build scalable services and APIs that support business and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop and support cloud-based applications using AWS services and modern DevOps practices.
- Contribute to code quality through peer reviews, technical documentation, and best practices.
- Work in an Agile environment and participate in team planning, delivery, and continuous improvement.
- Support troubleshooting and monitoring efforts using observability and logging tools.
Requirements
- Strong experience with Java and Python.
- Hands-on knowledge of FastAPI, Pandas, and NumPy.
- Experience with Spring, Spring Boot, Spring IOC, and Hibernate.
- Proficiency building RESTful web services.
- Frontend experience with React and Node.js.
- Experience with AWS services such as S3, Lambda, ECS, EKS, EC2, SNS, SQS, and RDS.
- Working knowledge of Okta, Git, Terraform, CI/CD, Datadog, and Splunk.
- Experience with PostgreSQL and SQL Server.
- Ability to write technical specifications and contribute to requirement gathering.
Preferred Skills
- Prior experience supporting financial services, investment management, trading, or capital markets initiatives.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Comfort working in a collaborative, detail-oriented, and delivery-focused environment.
- Experience with onsite or hybrid team settings.
