Requirements

  • Strong experience as a Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Lead
  • Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban and SDLC
  • Experience facilitating Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives
  • Strong Jira & Confluence experience
  • Backlog refinement and dependency management
  • Remove impediments and manage delivery risks
  • Strong stakeholder and executive communication
  • Experience working with cross-functional technology teams
  • Banking / Financial Services / Capital Markets experience preferred
  • CSM / PSM / SAFe certification is a plus, * Must be US Citizen (USC)
  • Must be local to NYC, NY
  • Must be comfortable with onsite/hybrid work
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
