Job description
- Facilitate and manage all Scrum ceremonies to ensure smooth sprint execution.
- Guide Agile teams in adopting and following Scrum principles, practices, and values.
- Ensure sprint objectives and delivery commitments are achieved within timelines.
- Support the Product Owner in backlog prioritization, story refinement, and release planning.
- Coach team members, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile best practices.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and self-organization.
- Mentor teams in Agile maturity and help drive Agile transformation initiatives.
- Identify, track, and remove project impediments affecting team productivity.
- Manage risks, dependencies, and blockers proactively.
- Escalate critical delivery issues and provide mitigation plans to leadership
- Track and report Agile delivery metrics Salary Range- $110,000-$140,000 a year #LI-CO1 #LI-SN1
Requirements
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- Strong experience in Agile Scrum and Kanban methodologies
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM, SAFe Agilist or equivalent Agile certification preferred
- Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies including:
- Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives, Backlog Refinement
- Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as:
- Jira
- Confluence

Strong understanding of: o Agile Metrics and Reporting o Velocity Tracking o Burndown/Burnup Charts o Sprint Health Monitoring o Release Planning
- Knowledge of SDLC, Software Delivery Lifecycle, and Release Management processes

Experience in stakeholder communication and coordination across Business, Product Owners, Development, QA, and Architecture teams
- Strong risk, dependency, and impediment management skills
- Experience in participating and contributing in PI planning
- Excellent facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution abilities
- Exposure to Banking, Payments, Lending, Capital Markets, or Financial Services domain is preferred
