Systems Specialist / MSP Support Technician II TEMP to PERM

• Provide professional remote and onsite IT support for managed services clients
• Troubleshoot Windows desktops and laptops, printers, peripherals, applications, and user-access issues
• Administer and support Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID/Azure AD, MFA, users, groups, and permissions
• Support Windows Server environments, Active Directory, file servers, Remote Desktop Services, and Group Policy
• Troubleshoot TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, firewalls, Wi-Fi, VPNs, internet connectivity, and other SMB network infrastructure
• Support virtualization, backup, storage, endpoint security, and remote-access environments
• Coordinate with vendors, ISPs, and internal technical resources to resolve client issues
• Maintain accurate tickets, documentation, time entries, and client communications

Our Client is seeking an experienced Systems Specialist to provide hands-on IT support across Microsoft 365, Windows environments, networks, servers, security, and cloud technologies. If you have 5+ years of business IT support experience, thrive in an MSP environment, and enjoy solving technical challenges while delivering exceptional client service, we’d like to hear from you., * 5+ years of hands-on business IT support experience

• Experience working in an MSP, MSSP, managed services, or multi-client support environment
• Strong Microsoft 365 administration and troubleshooting experience
• Strong Windows endpoint, networking, and Windows Server knowledge
• Experience with backups, security tools, PSA/RMM platforms, and remote-support tools
• Current relevant IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Server+, Microsoft 365, Azure, or equivalent
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong client-service, communication, documentation, troubleshooting, and time-management skills
• Security-first mindset when handling credentials, remote access, and sensitive client information, * Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• ConnectWise Manage and ConnectWise Automate experience
• Apple/Mac support experience
• SentinelOne, ESET, Acronis, Backblaze, or similar platform experience
• VMware or Hyper-V experience
• SonicWall and Ubiquiti/UniFi experience
• Synology NAS or similar storage experience

• Full-time, temp-to-hire
• Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Rotating technical on-call schedule approximately every 6–7 weeks
• Additional compensation provided for assigned on-call rotations
• Remote and onsite client support required
