Job description

Core Specialties: AWS Agentic AI, AI-DLC, Kiro Runtime, AWS Transform, VM Migration Patterns, Monolith Refactoring

Target Stacks: Java / Oracle $\rightarrow$ Modern Java & Amazon Aurora PostgreSQL

.NET / MSSQL $\rightarrow$ .NET Core & Amazon Aurora PostgreSQL, * AI-DLC Replatforming: Architect and execute application modernization using AWS Agentic AI, AWS Transform, and Kiro runtime to automate code translation, framework upgrades, and test generation.

VM & Infrastructure Migration: Lead end-to-end VM-to-cloud migration patterns, moving legacy on-premises applications to resilient, cloud-native AWS environments.
Application Refactoring: Modernize legacy Java and .NET applications into cloud-native microservices architectures targeting modern Java frameworks and .NET Core.
Database Modernization: Drive heterogeneous database migrations from commercial engines (Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server) to open-source managed engines (Amazon Aurora PostgreSQL).
Technical Consulting & Delivery: Partner directly with client enterprise architecture and engineering leadership to define migration roadmaps, landing zone standards, and automated deployment pipelines.

Requirements

Strong hands-on experience in AWS Cloud Migration, VM Migration patterns, and Application Modernization.
Direct experience or exposure to AWS Agentic AI, AWS Transform, or Kiro runtime for AI-assisted code refactoring and migration.
Proven track record executing Java to modern Java/Aurora PostgreSQL refactoring projects.
Deep experience executing .NET/MSSQL to .NET Core/Aurora PostgreSQL modernization pipelines.
Background in full-stack engineering, API design, CI/CD automation, and IaC (Terraform / AWS CDK).
Strong client-facing technical consulting and stakeholder management capabilities.
