MDM / Mobility Systems Specialist

We are seeking a Junior MDM / Mobility Systems Specialist to support the deployment, configuration, security, and lifecycle management of enterprise mobile devices. The selected candidate will assist with mobile device management, troubleshooting, device upgrades, security compliance, and coordination with internal IT teams and external vendors. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with enterprise mobility environments and MDM platforms such as Workspace ONE and Microsoft Intune., * Support the deployment, configuration, and lifecycle management of enterprise mobile devices.

• Assist with device upgrades, replacements, provisioning, and decommissioning.
• Manage and support mobile devices through Workspace ONE and Microsoft Intune.
• Configure and maintain mobile device security settings and policies.
• Ensure devices comply with organizational security requirements, including encryption and antivirus standards.
• Troubleshoot mobile device and MDM-related technical issues.
• Coordinate with internal IT teams, vendors, and support groups to resolve technical issues.
• Track device deployments, replacements, and lifecycle activities.
• Assist with identifying and implementing process improvements to improve mobility operations.
• Support project activities, timelines, and deliverables related to mobile technology initiatives.
• Provide status updates and communicate technical issues and resolutions to relevant stakeholders.

• 2+ years of professional IT experience supporting mobile device environments.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise MDM platforms such as Workspace ONE and Microsoft Intune.
• Experience with mobile device deployment, configuration, security, and lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of mobile device security requirements, including encryption and antivirus.
• Experience troubleshooting technical issues involving mobile devices and related systems.
• Ability to work with internal teams and external vendors to resolve technical issues.
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
