Systems Engineering Mgr

• Lead the design review team to bring the NGI AUR to Critical Design Review

• Coordinate efforts across IPTs to ensure on-time delivery of objective evidence and analyses

• Work with the customer to define the datapackages and expectations for the design reviews

• Work across the organization and customer/user community to ensure consensus and understanding of system design status and closure

• Previous technical leadership in systems engineering or project management on missile development or space hardware programs

• Previous responsibility for cost, schedule, and technical contract scope on a missile or space hardware development program

• Experience leading technical teams through major system design reviews

• Active DoD Secret Security Clearance; US citizenship is required

Desired Skills

• Technical Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field from an accredited college
• Proven track record of effective customer coordination and collaboration
• Demonstrated knowledge of the NGI program
• Experience in the design, integration and testing of Missile and Missile Defense Weapon Systems
• Demonstrated ability to motivate and energize a geographically distributed team
• The candidate must have the ability to effectively communicate, both internally with peers and Program leadership as well as externally with customer counterparts

Full-Time Salary Range: $161300.00 - $299500.00
