Numerix Python Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled, hands-on Senior Developer with expertise in Python, Java Spring Boot, and SQL to support and enhance a key platform used daily by our business operations. The ideal candidate will have experience with Numerix Oneview or similar financial platforms, and will play a critical role in ensuring smooth system functionality, troubleshooting issues, and implementing improvements. This on-site contract position offers an opportunity to work closely with stakeholders and an offshore team to deliver impactful technical solutions in a fast-paced environment., * Support and improve solutions that interact with the platform, handling data input, processing, and output; investigate discrepancies and drive resolution.

• Develop and modify components using Python, and contribute to services built on Java and Spring Boot frameworks.
• Utilize SQL to validate data integrity, troubleshoot technical issues, and support root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate directly with business stakeholders to understand operational issues and translate them into effective technical solutions.
• Coordinate with an offshore team to guide work execution, maintain quality standards, and prioritize tasks.
• Engage with product or vendor support teams as needed, providing clear technical context to facilitate issue resolution.

• Experience with Numerix Oneview
• Proven hands-on experience in software development with Python, Java (Spring / Spring Boot), and SQL.
• Experience in production support and troubleshooting environments, with a strong interest in debugging and root-cause analysis.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of working directly with both technical teams and business stakeholders., * Candidates without Numerix experience should have a background in capital markets, financial services platforms, or data-driven financial systems.
