Job description

As an Administrator you will be supporting a team of dedicated workers along with acting as a first point of contact for professionals working within the prison system. Core work hours are Monday through to Friday from 08:00 AM to 16:00 PM.

You will undertake a range of administrative duties including maintaining office systems, data inputting and analysis, answering the telephone and ensuring information is communicated with relevant parties in a timely manner.

Requirements

To be considered as an Administrator, it would be desirable to have but no necessary:

  • Previous experience of office administration
  • Experience of taking minutes, drafting letters/memos and mail shots is desirable although not essential
  • Experience of working as part of a team and supporting your colleagues
  • Experience of working with alcohol and/or substance users or another comparable field is desirable although not essential
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Excel/Word.
  • Above all, a willingness to take on a new learning challenge is paramount.
