Job description

As a Deployment Administrator, your role is to provide comprehensive support to the Deployment Team, ensuring the effective coordination of engineer schedules, accurate documentation management, and clear communication between internal teams, subcontractors, and customers. The role plays a vital part in maintaining operational efficiency and exceptional service delivery nationwide., * Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Deployment Manager and wider team.

  • Manage scheduling, engineer diaries, and deployment calendars to ensure resource efficiency.
  • Process and track job sheets, purchase orders, and associated deployment documentation.
  • Liaise with engineers, subcontractors, and customers to ensure accurate information flow and timely updates.
  • Maintain and update project trackers, shared spreadsheets, and internal databases.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, directing queries appropriately.
  • Prepare reports, summaries, and data analysis for management as required.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality procedures, and operational standards.
  • Provide general office and administrative support as required.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in an administrative or coordination role (essential).
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and able to adapt to new systems quickly.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute to team success.
