HybridWe are supporting a leading UK consulting organisation with the appointment of a Director to help build and grow a Finance Transformation & EPM capability.This is a senior practice-building opportunity combining business development, client delivery, team leadership and EPM strategy. You’ll have significant ownership over the direction and growth of the capability.The RoleBuild and grow a Finance Transformation / EPM consulting capability.Originate and win new consulting engagements, developing relationships with CFOs and senior Finance leaders.Develop strategic partnerships and alliances across the EPM technology ecosystem.Shape go-to-market propositions across FP&A, Planning, Consolidation, Reporting and wider Finance Transformation.Recruit, develop and lead a high-performing consulting team.Lead complex client engagements while maintaining senior stakeholder relationships.Take ownership of commercial performance, pipeline and

Requirements

long-term practice growth.What We’re Looking ForDirector / Senior Director level experience within Finance Transformation, EPM or CFO Advisory.Strong personal track record of winning and growing consulting work.Experience building or scaling a consulting practice, proposition or capability.Strong understanding of FP&A, Planning, Consolidation, Financial Close and/or Performance Management.Exposure to EPM technologies such as OneStream, CCH Tagetik, Oracle EPM, Anaplan, Planful or similar.Strong people leadership and C-suite stakeholder experience.Commercial mindset with the ambition to build something from the ground up.This is an opportunity to take genuine ownership of a growing capability while having the backing, client base and infrastructure of an established consulting organisation. #J-18808-Ljbffr
