ERP Project Manager

We are looking for an ERP Infor subject matter expert to lead a project supporting enterprise finance and accounting transformation efforts. This role will coordinate cross-functional workstreams, translate business needs into practical system solutions, and help ensure successful ERP delivery through strong planning, analysis, and stakeholder partnership. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with financial systems, process improvement, and implementation execution in collaboration with Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, and operational teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead ERP project activities from discovery through deployment, keeping scope, timelines, and deliverables aligned with business objectives.

• Gather and document functional requirements by working closely with Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, and other key stakeholders.

• Analyze current business processes and recommend improvements that enhance workflow efficiency, reporting quality, and system usability.

• Oversee financial and HR data mapping and migration efforts to support accurate transfer of information into the new ERP environment.

• Coordinate testing plans, defect resolution, and validation activities to confirm system performance and business readiness.

• Manage integration-related tasks across connected platforms, ensuring reliable data flow between ERP, financial, and HR systems.

• Address project issues and system challenges through structured troubleshooting, risk tracking, and timely communication.

• Drive user readiness by supporting training, adoption strategies, and post-implementation stabilization efforts.

• Strong knowledge of finance and accounting workflows, including reporting, controls, and transaction processes.

• Hands-on expertise in requirements gathering, business process analysis, and implementation planning.

• Experience with data migration, data mapping, and validation for enterprise system deployments.

• Familiarity with system testing, integration coordination, and issue resolution across multiple business functions.

• Ability to partner effectively with cross-functional stakeholders, including Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, and operational teams.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to guide projects to successful completion.
