Eight plus years of experience in Information Technology with six years of experience in Network Infrastructure and Security. Job responsibilities also require that the Security Engineer III be proficient in the installation and maintenance of Firewallâs. Remote Access systems, and Network Access Control systems.

- Install, maintain, and support high-quality enterprise security systems.\n
- Coordinate the installation and maintenance of network security software and hardware with peer teams.\n
- Diagnose network security, software, and hardware issues, then implement effective solutions and enhancements.\n
- Help develop, implement, and maintain a Security Operations Center.\n
- Work with service vendors to ensure equipment and software are properly serviced.\n
- Oversee the maintenance and inventory of network security systems. \n
\n \nSupport Technology Planning and Investment\n \n \n \n
- Assist management with budgeting and purchasing security hardware and software.\n
- Research future security technology, software, and service needs.\n
- Contribute to the annual budgeting and monthly budget variance processes.\n
- Help Information Technology leadership monitor activities for compliance with Cobb EMC cybersecurity policies. \n
