Serve as a servant leader to one or more Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles.
Facilitate all Scrum events and support the Product Owner in backlog refinement.
Remove impediments and help the team stay focused on delivering value.
Manage project plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful delivery.
Ensure transparency on project progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and overall delivery status through effective reporting.
Foster continuous improvement through retrospectives and actionable feedback loops.
Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, Business Stakeholders, and Leadership teams to maintain a healthy product backlog and align delivery with business objectives.
Track and communicate team and project performance metrics (velocity, burn-down charts, delivery milestones, etc.).
Promote collaboration and self-organization within the team.
Support the organization’s Agile transformation journey by sharing best practices and coaching other teams when required.

Strong understanding of Agile principles and Scrum framework.
Experience in facilitating Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Review, and Retrospectives).
Proficient in Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, Trello).
Strong Project Management experience with expertise in planning, execution, stakeholder management, and delivery governance.
Ability to manage project scope, schedule, resources, budgets, risks, and dependencies in Agile environments., * Ability to coach and mentor teams on Agile best practices.
Knowledge of Kanban and other Agile methodologies.
Strong skills in impediment removal and risk management.
Understanding of story point estimation and backlog management.
