TS/SCI Senior Test Engineer

FORGE supports the delivery of reliable missile warning capabilities by ensuring all software, hardware, and mission systems meet operational requirements before deployment. The Senior Test Engineer is responsible for validating system performance and readiness., The Senior Test Engineer leads verification and validation efforts for complex missile warning and space systems. This individual develops testing strategies, oversees integration and operational testing, evaluates system performance, identifies technical risks, and provides recommendations to improve reliability and mission readiness.

Responsibilities

Lead system verification and validation activities

Develop and execute test plans and procedures

Maintain requirements traceability throughout testing efforts

Oversee integration and operational testing activities

Analyze test results and identify technical risks

Improve system reliability and test effectiveness

Brief findings and recommendations to leadership

Active TS/SCI Clearance

Master’s Degree in Engineering or related technical field

15+ years of Test Engineering, Verification, or Validation experience

Experience testing complex mission-critical environments

Experience with requirements traceability

Ability to communicate technical results to leadership Missile Warning experience

Space Systems experience

DT&E / OT&E experience

Mission Assurance experience

FORGE, SBIRS, or OPIR experience

$110,000.00 to $134,000.00 per year annual salary.
