Job description

This position will lead verification and validation efforts for complex, mission-critical systems

  • Developing and executing test plans and procedures
  • Leading system verification and validation
  • Maintaining requirements traceability throughout testing
  • Overseeing integration and operational testing
  • Analyzing test results and identifying technical risks
  • Providing technical findings and recommendations to leadership
  • Improving overall system reliability and mission readiness

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI
  • 15+ years of Test Engineering, V&V, or related experience
  • Master’s degree in Engineering or related technical field
  • Experience testing complex mission-critical systems
  • Strong requirements traceability experience Experience with missile warning, space systems, DT&E/OT&E, FORGE, SBIRS, or OPIR is highly desirable.
