Job description

We are seeking a Information Technology Support specialist to provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for end users, hardware, software, network connectivity, and technology equipment. Performs troubleshooting, deployments, maintenance, field support, and user technology lifecycle activities, ensuring timely resolution and a reliable end-user experience.

  • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support for hardware, software, network connectivity, user access, endpoint, and technology-related issues, delivering timely and professional support to employees across corporate offices, remote locations, and operational sites.
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve technical incidents, identifying root causes, evaluating remediation options, testing and implementing solutions, and communicating resolution and next steps to end users.
  • Install, configure, deploy, and maintain end-user technology, including Windows, Apple, and Chrome workstations, laptops, monitors, printers, mobile devices, peripherals, VoIP phones, headsets, and other IT equipment.
  • Prepare, image, configure, and deploy new and replacement computers and equipment, ensuring devices are configured according to established hardware, security, software, and organizational standards.
  • Provide technical support for Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and approved business applications, assisting users with common application issues, configurations, access, functionality, and troubleshooting.
  • Troubleshoot wired and wireless network connectivity, including workstation connectivity, Wi-Fi, VPN, basic network services, and other endpoint connectivity issues; escalate infrastructure or network issues requiring higher-level support.

  • Support Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, business applications, Wi-Fi, VPN, and other technology needs., * Respond to and resolve employee IT support requests and technical issues.
  • Install, configure, deploy, and maintain computers, devices, and IT equipment.
  • Troubleshoot software, hardware, network, Wi-Fi, VPN, and user access issues.
  • Document support activities, follow IT standards, and escalate complex issues when needed., We are focused on creating a model where clinicians are supported, not overloaded. Requirements

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field preferred. Equivalent relevant professional experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
  • 2-4 years of experience providing technical support in a professional IT environment.
  • Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, network connectivity, user access, and endpoint-related issues.
  • Experience supporting Windows and/or Apple devices.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills.

This role is compensated on a salaried basis, providing consistent earnings aligned with the responsibilities and expectations of the position.

  • Compensation: $48,031 - $61,676
