Salesforce Administrator/Developer

• Lead or support client discovery sessions to understand business processes, challenges, and technical requirements
• Translate requirements into practical, scalable Salesforce solution designs
• Configure and customize Salesforce, including objects, fields, relationships, Lightning pages, validation rules, permission sets, sharing rules, reports, and dashboards
• Design and build complex record-triggered, screen, scheduled, and autolaunched Flows
• Develop and maintain Lightning Web Components, Apex classes, triggers, SOQL queries, test classes, and other custom functionality
• Determine when to use declarative automation versus custom development
• Design and maintain data models that support reporting, automation, integrations, scalability, and data integrity
• Manage Salesforce organizations directly, including users, access controls, environments, deployments, releases, and ongoing administration
• Assess existing organizations, identify technical debt, and recommend improvements
• Support data migrations, integrations, imports, exports, deduplication, and data-quality initiatives
• Troubleshoot complex functional and technical issues and identify their root causes
• Plan, test, document, and deploy Salesforce enhancements across sandbox and production environments
• Provide estimates, project updates, recommendations, and technical guidance to clients and internal stakeholders
• Serve as a technical lead and take accountability for successful delivery

We are looking for a hands-on Salesforce Implementation Consultant / Developer to join our team and help deliver Salesforce solutions across a variety of client engagements. The role will be focused on designing solutions, and leading implementations. The right candidate must be comfortable working directly within Salesforce, understanding how an organization is structured, and taking ownership of solutions from discovery and architecture through development, deployment, and ongoing support., * Hands-on Salesforce builder with a strong sense of ownership

• Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture and data modeling
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
• Organized and comfortable managing multiple client engagements
• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality, security, and maintainability
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal and client teams
• Comfortable moving between strategic discussions and hands-on implementation, * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. Preferably within the financial services industry.
• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce implementation, administration, consulting, or development experience
• Demonstrated experience serving as the primary administrator, developer, or technical owner of a Salesforce organization
• Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components, Apex, triggers, SOQL, test classes, and complex Salesforce Flows
• Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data schema, object relationships, security, sharing, automation, and platform limits
• Experience designing and implementing solutions within Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud
• Understanding of integration patterns, APIs, middleware, and data-migration practices
• Experience managing the complete implementation lifecycle, from requirements and solution design through testing, deployment, and support
• Ability to review an existing Salesforce organization and recommend scalable architectural improvements
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, and client-management skills
• Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to nontechnical stakeholders
• Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments
• Salesforce Administrator certification preferred
• Platform App Builder, Platform Developer I, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Service Cloud Consultant certification is a plus
