Software Engineer

You’ll be a core engineer on a fast-moving team building a SaaS messaging platform, owning features end-to-end from APIs and interfaces to the infrastructure underneath. Reporting directly to the CTO, you’ll stay close to customers and leadership and understand the “why” behind every decision., * Build and ship product across the full stack using React/Next.js, Node.js, TypeScript, and Go, moving fast without sacrificing quality.

• Own features from conception through deployment, with direct visibility into customer needs and business impact.
• Work across every layer of the stack, diving in wherever the work takes you.
• Collaborate closely with a small team where there is no bureaucracy between you and the work.
• Ship code daily while maintaining clean, functional standards and continuously improving your craft.

• 2+ years of professional software engineering experience building and shipping production systems.
• Proficiency across the full stack: React/Next.js, Node.js, TypeScript, and Go.
• Experience designing, building, or consuming APIs at scale.
• Hands-on experience deploying and managing applications in cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, Heroku, or Docker.
• Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where priorities shift and you figure things out as you go.
• A belief that speed and quality are not trade-offs, you find ways to deliver both.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to continuous learning.
• A collaborative mindset: technically strong and easy to work with.
• Background in startup or early-stage company environments is a plus.
• Familiarity with messaging platforms, telecommunications infrastructure, or communication APIs (SMS, RCS, voice) is a bonus.
