Identity Governance Engineer

Blue Rose Consulting Group, Inc. (Blue Rose) is seeking an Identity Governance Engineer to support a federal program deploying modern identity governance and Zero Trust capabilities. This role is critical in strengthening access controls, ensuring secure operations, and supporting the implementation of enterprise IAM solutions across high-visibility CBP environments.

You will work hands-on with identity governance technologies, support solution deployment, and troubleshoot IAM issues to maintain secure, compliant access for mission stakeholders.

What You’ll Do As an Identity Governance Engineer, you will:

• Support the full software development lifecycle for identity governance and Zero Trust solution deployments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the IAM ecosystem, ensuring consistent availability and secure access.
• Assist with deploying, configuring, and maintaining identity governance capabilities for federal users and systems.
• Support integration activities between IAM tools and federal applications, services, and infrastructure.
• Identify risks within identity governance workflows and help apply secure configuration practices.
• Provide technical support and work collaboratively with government personnel and engineering teams.

Schedule & Shift Details

• Full-time (40 hours/week)
• Remote supporting Washington, D.C. hours.

• U.S. Citizenship required
• Public Trust clearance required or higher
• Experience supporting identity governance or broader identity and access management environments
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving IAM-related issues
• Understanding of Zero Trust principles and secure access practices
• Ability to support integration, configuration, and operational tasks across IAM solutions
