Job description

Provide site reliability engineering and Tier 1 through 3 operations support for a cloud environment platform built on Kubernetes, Hadoop, Accumulo, and Java.
Maintain day-to-day operational stability and deliver troubleshooting repair expertise for managed analytics infrastructure., * Troubleshoot operational issues and ensure system stability in an enterprise Linux environment.
Support cloud platforms and services utilizing Docker, Kubernetes, Hadoop, and Accumulo.
Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python and Bash.
Monitor platform health and metrics using Prometheus, Grafana, and JIRA.
Utilize configuration management tools including Ansible and Salt for infrastructure maintenance.
Provide on-call Tier 1 through Tier 3 technical support and operational incident resolution.

Requirements

Degree: Technical bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Years of experience: 12+ years
Total Compensation: $344k+ yearly (tentative)
Active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph
DoD 8570 IAT Level I or higher certification
Required certification in AWS (Solutions Architect, Developer, SysOps), Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD), or Elastic
