Agile Trainer

• Develop and implement tailored Agile training programs aligned with organizational goals, including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and other frameworks.
• Deliver engaging instructor-led training sessions both in classroom settings and via online platforms, ensuring clarity and practical application.
• Design instructional content for e-learning courses, incorporating multimedia tools such as Adobe Captivate, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign to create compelling learning experiences.
• Facilitate workshops on Agile principles, product management, and software development lifecycle best practices to diverse audiences.
• Provide ongoing coaching and support to teams adopting Agile methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess training needs, develop new programs, and refine existing curricula for professional growth initiatives.
• Utilize various LMS (Learning Management Systems) such as SharePoint or LMS platforms to track progress and manage training resources effectively.

• Proven experience designing and delivering Agile training programs within corporate environments, with a strong emphasis on instructor-led teaching methods.
• Demonstrated expertise in instructional design for technical topics related to information technology, software training, and product development.
• Familiarity with a broad range of technical tools including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel), Google Workspace, Visio, SharePoint, Help Desk systems, and Adobe Creative Suite applications.
• Hands-on experience with e-learning platforms such as Adobe Captivate or similar tools for developing instructional content.
• Strong understanding of computer networking, operating systems (Windows, macOS), cloud services like AWS or Oracle Cloud, HTML coding basics, Linux environments, EMR systems, and help desk troubleshooting procedures.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
• Ability to analyze training effectiveness through feedback collection and performance metrics to continuously enhance learning programs.
• 3+ years of experience delivering agile/Scrum training or coaching within an organization
• Strong working knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Lean/Agile principles
• Proven experience designing curriculum and facilitating both in-person and virtual training sessions
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal communication skills
• Experience coaching cross-functional teams through agile adoption or maturity growth

Preferred Qualifications

• Scrum Alliance (CSM/CSP), Scaled Agile (SAFe), or ICAgile certification
• Experience training in a federal/government contracting environment
• Familiarity with Jira/Confluence as the tooling layer supporting agile teams
• Background in organizational change management (Prosci or similar)
