ERP/CRM Developer

We are looking for a Business Central Developer to support the design, customization, and enhancement of enterprise platform solutions for a long-term contract opportunity in Coon Rapids, Minnesota. This role focuses on building scalable functionality, translating business needs into effective technical solutions, and improving system performance through thoughtful development practices. The ideal candidate brings strong experience in client-side scripting, API integrations, and platform configuration within ERP or CRM environments., * Develop and customize ERP/CRM platform features to align with operational goals and user needs.

• Create client-side scripts and interactive components that improve usability and streamline business processes.
• Translate business requirement documents into technical designs, configuration updates, and development tasks.
• Build and maintain API-based integrations between enterprise systems and connected applications.
• Manage configuration changes across environments while supporting stability, consistency, and release readiness.
• Troubleshoot application issues, resolve defects, and optimize system functionality for end users.
• Partner with business and technical stakeholders to refine requirements and recommend practical solution designs.
• Produce clear technical documentation to support development, testing, and ongoing maintenance.

• Hands-on experience developing within Business Central ERP and/or CRM platforms.
• Strong capability in client-side scripting for custom functionality and interface enhancements.
• Experience interpreting business requirement documents and converting them into technical solutions.
• Working knowledge of configuration management practices across development and deployment environments.
• Proficiency in API development and system integration methods.
• Ability to diagnose issues, test changes, and deliver reliable enhancements in a structured environment.
