Job description

Lead development efforts within a large financial services enterprise as a Senior Salesforce Developer.
Assess current and target state business processes, partner with stakeholders and enterprise developers to shape technical solutions.
Translate business needs into efficient, scalable technical solutions across cloud-based platforms.
Manage and guide development teams on complex, enterprise-scale projects.
Work across languages and frameworks such as Java, J2EE, EJB, C/C++, SQL, Visual Basic, and similar technologies.
Develop and support relational databases like Oracle, Sybase, or similar, and messaging platforms such as MQ Series.
Integrate cloud services into enterprise solutions, particularly within AWS environments.
Communicate effectively with business stakeholders to translate needs into technical plans.

Requirements

8+ years of hands-on experience across the full software development lifecycle, from requirements through deployment.
Deep knowledge of at least one major programming language/platform stack, plus application and database layers.
Experience working with relational databases such as Oracle or Sybase, and messaging platforms like MQ Series.
Proven leadership experience managing development teams through complex projects.
Ability to work comfortably in AWS-based environments and integrate cloud services.
Strong communication skills to collaborate directly with business stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
