Lead Salesforce Developer

• Lead development efforts to evaluate current process states and define target state functional needs across the enterprise.
• Partner with business stakeholders and fellow developers to shape technical plans that support broader business goals.
• Streamline end-to-end processes and optimize existing technology investments.
• Guide project teams through the full software development lifecycle while directly contributing code and technical solutions.
• Align IT initiatives with strategic business objectives using a consistent, repeatable methodology.
• Leverage familiarity with AWS-based environments and modern integration patterns to support the organization’s cloud-forward strategy.

• 8+ years of relevant experience, including proven leadership in development teams on projects of similar scope and complexity.
• Hands-on experience across the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering through deployment.
• Deep knowledge of programming languages, application servers, and database platforms relevant to the systems built.
• Experience working across multiple languages and tech stacks to solve complex business problems.
• Background with enterprise development languages/tools such as Java, J2EE, EJB, C/C++, SQL, Visual Basic, or similar; legacy systems knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with relational databases like Oracle or Sybase, and messaging platforms such as MQ Series.
• Exposure to cloud environments, preferably AWS, and modern integration approaches.
• Proven track record of leading development teams through significant projects.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with business stakeholders.
