Job description
- Design, develop, test, and operationalize machine learning algorithms and predictive models to solve complex mission challenges.
- Train, evaluate, and deploy scalable artificial intelligence solutions utilizing modern frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Build, monitor, and continuously improve production models based on iterative operational feedback., * Design and implement model architectures, data pipelines, and knowledge representation methods.
- Transform data science prototypes into robust, scalable production solutions.
- Train, retrain, schedule, and monitor machine learning models across iterative development cycles.
- Select appropriate datasets, perform statistical analyses, and verify data integrity.
- Apply software engineering best practices using languages such as Python, Java, C, or R.
- Execute standard testing and evaluation protocols to validate model accuracy and performance.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance across distributed engineering teams.

- Degree: Technical bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Years of experience: 13+ years
- Total Compensation: $348k+ yearly (tentative)
