Scrum Master - In Person Role at Parsippany NJ

Join Timebox Pro as a Scrum Master and lead our agile teams to success! In this dynamic role, you will empower teams to deliver high-quality products while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement. Responsibilities: Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to ensure smooth agile processes. Coach team members on Scrum principles and practices to enhance productivity and collaboration. Remove impediments that hinder the team’s progress and ensure timely delivery of projects. Collaborate with Product Owners to prioritize and manage the product backlog effectively. Monitor team performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance team dynamics. Promote a culture of continuous improvement and agile mindset within the organization. Support the development of team members through mentorship and guidance. Report on team progress and metrics to stakeholders and management.

Mandatory Onsite position, selected candidate has to work 4-5 days from the assigned work location in Parsippany, NJ. Proven experience as a Scrum Master for 3-5 years or in a similar role within an agile environment. Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum. Certification in Scrum (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is highly desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster team collaboration. Ability to facilitate discussions and drive decision-making processes. Experience with agile project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Rally). Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges. Passion for agile practices and a commitment to delivering value.
