Scrum Master

Soccer Shots is looking for a passionate and organized Scrum Master to join our growing team in Barnegat, NJ! In this role, you’ll champion agile practices and help drive collaboration across teams to deliver outstanding results. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and love empowering teams to do their best work, we want to hear from you!, * Facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives

• Coach and mentor cross-functional teams on Agile and Scrum methodologies
• Remove impediments and blockers that hinder team progress and sprint delivery
• Track and communicate team velocity, sprint metrics, and project progress to stakeholders
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and collaboration
• Coordinate with Product Owners to maintain a healthy, prioritized product backlog
• Identify and mitigate risks to ensure on-time delivery of sprint goals

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a professional setting
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile frameworks
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
• Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Azure DevOps
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and locations
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage competing priorities effectively

This is a remote position. Compensation: $85,500.00 - $125,500.00 per year
