Data Centers Uptime Reliability Engineering Building Management System (BMS)

Architect Critical Environment and MEP Operations offerings across electrical, mechanical, controls, cooling, commissioning, maintenance, and operational readiness services.
Design scalable operating models for facilities teams, CE operations groups, site reliability functions, command centers, and escalation structures.
Develop preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance frameworks that reduce operational risk and improve asset performance.
Assess UPS, generators, switchgear, power distribution, cooling systems, BMS platforms, fire / life safety systems, and supporting infrastructure.
Create SOPs, MOPs, EOPs, training models, governance processes, quality controls, and performance metrics for mission-critical environments.
Support client pursuits through technical discovery, solution design, staffing models, commercial assumptions, and executive-level presentations.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Facilities Management, or related discipline.
7+ years in critical facilities engineering, data center operations, commissioning, MEP infrastructure management, or mission-critical facility services.
Deep understanding of UPS systems, generators, switchgear, LV / MV distribution, cooling systems, controls, BMS, and facility monitoring platforms.
Experience leading commissioning, integrated systems testing, operational readiness, maintenance, or critical incident response programs.
Knowledge of ASHRAE, NFPA, Uptime Institute concepts, reliability practices, and mission- critical operations best practices.
Ability to communicate technical risk, operational priorities, and service delivery strategy to client executives and internal sales leaders.
