Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud architecture and application modernisation. Deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, microservices and distributed systems. Strong hands-on DynamoDB and Aurora PostgreSQL/PostgreSQL experience, including DBA, SQL tuning and data migration. Experience with Docker, CI/CD, Jenkins/GitHub Actions and Terraform/CloudFormation. Proven experience leading technical teams and engaging with senior customer stakeholders. Strong communication, architecture governance, problem-solving and mentoring skills.Desirable AWS professional-level certification(s). Experience delivering large-scale enterprise cloud transformation programmes. Agile delivery and geographically distributed engineering teams. Experience in high-volume sectors such as logistics, retail, financial services or manufacturing.
