Application Engineer - Oracle Fusion (ERP) - Central Government

The duties for this role include, but are not limited to the following:

• Configure and maintain HCM modules (e.g., Core HR, Absence, Talent, Payroll)
• Translate business requirements into system configurations
• Change Request & Release Management
• Systems Integration Support
• Functional Solution Design
• User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Defect & Issue Resolution
• Knowledge Transfer (KT) and Training Delivery
• Support and Mentor team members and colleagues
• Process Improvement & Continuous Improvement
• Vendor & Third-Party Supplier Management
• Documentation & Functional Specifications

• Proven track record in configuration and implementation in Oracle Fusion
• Strong understanding of HR processes and lifecycle
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams
• Experience with Agile or Scrum delivery methods
• Knowledge of payroll processes and legislation
