Job description

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM professional to join a growing Enterprise Applications team supporting a large-scale digital transformation programme. You’ll play a key role in designing, configuring, and optimising HR systems while partnering with stakeholders to deliver innovative business solutions.

  • Lead Oracle Fusion HCM transformation projects
  • Hybrid working and growth potential, As a Senior Application Engineer specialising in Oracle Fusion HCM, you will be responsible for analysing business requirements, designing functional solutions, and configuring systems to support HR operations across the organisation., * Configuring and maintaining Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including Core HR, Absence, Talent, and Payroll.
  • Translating business requirements into effective system solutions.
  • Managing change requests, releases, and system enhancements.
  • Supporting integrations between Oracle Fusion and other enterprise systems.
  • Producing functional designs, specifications, and supporting documentation.
  • Facilitating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and resolving defects.
  • Delivering training and knowledge transfer to end users and colleagues.
  • Mentoring team members and providing technical guidance.
  • Driving process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Managing relationships with third-party suppliers and technology partners.

Requirements

  • Proven experience configuring and implementing Oracle Fusion HCM.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes and the employee lifecycle.
  • Experience across HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence, Talent, and Payroll.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • High attention to detail and a structured approach to delivery.
  • Experience working within cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of Agile and/or Scrum methodologies.
  • Understanding of payroll processes and relevant legislation.
  • The ability to mentor colleagues and support business change initiatives.
