• We design and implement end-to-end AI/ML solutions from development through to deployment and monitoring.
• We build scalable Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions, including RAG pipelines and orchestration frameworks.
• We implement MLOps frameworks, governance and best practices.
• We translate business requirements into cloud-native AI and data architectures across Azure, AWS and GCP.
• We collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver measurable business value.
• We support innovation initiatives, reusable assets, thought leadership and client proposals.

• We require strong experience in AI Engineering, MLOps and cloud-native AI platforms.
• We require hands-on knowledge of technologies such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, MLflow, Kubernetes, Docker and CI/CD tooling.
• We ideally look for experience working in a major consulting firm and/or in industry.
• We value a strong consulting mindset and experience engaging senior stakeholders.
• We look for proven experience designing and delivering AI/ML solutions at scale.
• We expect a strong understanding of Generative AI, Agentic AI and modern AI engineering frameworks.
• We require experience with at least one major cloud platform, including Azure, AWS or GCP.

We are a leading global consultancy with a growing Data & AI practice, and we are hiring an AI Engineering Consultant / Senior Consultant to help organisations design, build and scale enterprise-grade AI, Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions. This is a full-time, permanent role based in Glasgow, London or Manchester with hybrid working, typically 1-2 days per week in the office.
