Job description

Betreuung und Administration der IT-Systeme und Anwendungen Analyse und Behebung von Störungen im Systembetrieb Unterstützung der Anwender im 2nd Level Support Durchführung von Systemtests, Updates und Rollouts Erstellung und Pflege von Dokumentationen Mitarbeit an IT-Projekten und Optimierung von Prozessen

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene IT-Berufsausbildung oder Studium im IT-Bereich
  • Erste Erfahrung in der Systembetreuung wünschenswert
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, Englisch mindestens gut
  • Kenntnisse in Windows-Servern, Netzwerken und IT-Sicherheit
  • Analytisches Denken, Serviceorientierung und Teamfähigkeit
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
