Senior Native iOS Developer (Open for Remote)

Rest assured; we will always be clear about role expectations., Design, develop, and maintain scalable native iOS applications using Swift and established mobile architecture patterns. Analyze business and technical requirements, recommend effective solutions, and lead technical conversations with program managers, technical leads, and other stakeholders. Build high-quality application features by following industry coding standards and creating unit tests that meet or exceed project coverage requirements. Support the end-to-end delivery of application features, ensuring they are successfully tested, deployed to production, and maintained. Implement appropriate application monitoring solutions based on client and project requirements. Create and maintain technical documentation, including application designs and service specifications, while guiding developers in preparing functional and technical specifications. What you need to have to be considered

6 to 8 years of professional experience developing native iOS applications. Strong proficiency in Swift and the native iOS development ecosystem. Hands-on experience applying MVC and/or MVVM architecture patterns. Experience developing unit tests and delivering code that meets defined quality and coverage standards. Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions. Strong communication skills with the ability to lead technical discussions and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders. These will help you stand out Experience developing applications with Objective-C. Experience implementing application monitoring and production-support solutions. Experience creating technical designs, service specifications, and other application documentation. Experience mentoring developers or providing guidance on functional and technical specifications. The annual salary for this position is between $68,000 - $110,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
