Job description

As a Senior Full Stack Technical Lead , you will make an impact by leading the design, development, and delivery of modern, scalable applications while driving technical excellence across full-stack development initiatives. You will be a valued member of the engineering team and work collaboratively with architects, product owners, developers, and business stakeholders to build innovative, AI-enabled solutions and deliver high-quality software outcomes.

In this role, you will: Lead the design, development, and implementation of full-stack applications using Java-based technologies and modern front-end frameworks. Provide technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and architectural principles. Design and build scalable microservices, REST APIs, and event-driven solutions leveraging technologies such as Kafka and MongoDB. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into high-quality technical solutions. Drive innovation through AI-driven development practices, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives across the software development lifecycle. Requirements

10+ years of experience in software engineering, including significant experience in full-stack application development. Strong expertise in Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Microservices architecture, and REST API development. Hands-on experience with React.js and/or Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern front-end development practices. Experience working with Kafka, MongoDB, and application monitoring/observability tools such as Kibana. Proven ability to lead technical initiatives, mentor developers, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders. Experience delivering enterprise-grade solutions within Agile software development environments. Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. These will help you stand out Exposure to Python development and AI-powered engineering solutions. Experience incorporating AI-assisted development tools and practices into software delivery processes. Familiarity with cloud-native architectures, DevOps practices, and CI/CD automation. Experience designing highly scalable, resilient, and distributed systems. Hands-on experience developing and supporting applications on Apple MacBook environments. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
