Oracle Cloud Time and Absence Functional Lead

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Time and Absence Functional Lead for a long-term engagement. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience implementing Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, with a strong focus on Time and Labor, Absence Management, and Payroll integration. Mandatory Requirements

• Minimum 3 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations as a Functional Lead or Senior Functional Consultant.

• Strong hands-on experience with:

• Oracle Cloud Core Human Resources (Core HR)
• Oracle Cloud Time and Labor
• Oracle Cloud Absence Management
• Integration of Time and Absence with Oracle Cloud Payroll
• Deep cross-functional expertise across Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
• Experience leading client workshops, gathering business requirements, designing functional solutions, and supporting end-to-end implementations.
• Strong understanding of configuration, testing, data validation, user acceptance testing (UAT), and production support.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior K-12 education industry experience is highly preferred.
